I wanted to create a page to share the resources that helped me throughout my IVF journey. I spent countless hours searching for information on different topics, and I don't want anyone else to waste time doing the same. A lot of people have asked me about the tests I had, so I’ve put together a list below. If you have any questions about anything mentioned, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help however I can. Don't forget to follow my social media for weekly updates.
Dr. Victory, a certified Fertility Specialist and OBGYN in Canada and the USA, is passionate about educating others on fertility care. Through his informative videos, he provides valuable insights and support, helping many, including myself, confidently navigate their fertility journey.
Taking care of your microbiome is more important than you might realise, especially when it comes to fertility. Your microbiome, made up of bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms, plays a key role in your overall health, including your ability to conceive. A balanced microbiome supports hormone regulation, immune function, and nutrient absorption—all critical elements for successful conception and pregnancy.
For women, maintaining a healthy gut and vaginal microbiome creates the ideal environment for reproduction by reducing inflammation, balancing estrogen levels, and even enhancing egg quality. For men, a well-balanced microbiome can improve sperm health and motility.
By nourishing your microbiome with a diet rich in fiber, fermented foods, and probiotics, you can naturally support your fertility. When your gut is in harmony, it not only boosts your overall well-being but also provides a solid foundation for reproductive health.

Throughout my fertility journey, I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of supplements I needed to take. I spent hours researching the best options, trying to find something that would support my body in the best possible way. That’s when I discovered NUA Fertility.
NUA Fertility stood out because it had everything I was looking for in a single supplement. The science behind it made sense, and I was drawn to the company’s story, especially Deborah’s journey. It wasn’t just another supplement brand—it was a community. I felt like I wasn’t just buying a product.
Knowing that I had a high-quality, well-researched supplement gave me peace of mind. It became an essential part of my routine, and I truly believe it played a role in getting my body ready for pregnancy.

Dr. Gorgy helped me understand how the immune system can play a significant role in fertility. It turns out that the immune response can interfere with key stages of pregnancy, like fertilisation, implantation, or even the development of the placenta. For instance, natural killer cells, which normally protect our bodies from infections and diseases, can sometimes be found in excess in the womb or bloodstream. When this happens, they can go into overdrive, mistakenly attacking the embryo or disrupting the hormonal balance needed to sustain a pregnancy. This unfortunately was my case so many times.
